Makati | On-site | Monday to Friday Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Brand Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand positioning, drive consumer engagement, and maximize sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail, FMCG, or distribution, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen brand presence and profitability. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Development Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities Maintain consistent brand positioning and messaging across all communication channels Drive long-term brand equity and market differentiation Marketing & Campaign Management Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches Collaborate with creative, digital, and sales teams to develop impactful marketing materials Manage advertising initiatives across traditional and digital platforms Track campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI Product Management & Merchandising Partner with suppliers and distributors to manage product assortments and positioning Develop pricing strategies and promotional plans to increase sales and customer loyalty Support inventory planning and demand forecasting to align with sales targets Ensure competitive product placement and retail execution Sales & Channel Collaboration Work closely with sales teams to align brand objectives with retail and distribution strategies Develop trade marketing programs and in-store branding initiatives Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, suppliers, and vendors Support channel expansion and market penetration efforts Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track brand KPIs, sales performance, and market share metrics Analyze marketing effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership Stay current on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 3–5 years of experience as a Brand Manager in retail, FMCG, or distribution Proven track record of successful brand growth and campaign execution Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of brand management and consumer engagement strategies Experience with digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce platforms (preferred) Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and trends Strong project management and organizational abilities Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
