Senior AI/ML Engineer

About the Role TEKHQS is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, fine-tune, and deploy production-grade Generative AI and LLM-powered systems . This role is ideal for engineers who have shipped real-world ML systems , understand modern transformer architectures, and can operate across the full ML lifecycle—from data and training to inference and optimization. You will work on scalable AI platforms , enterprise-grade GenAI solutions, and intelligent systems integrated into Web, ERP, and enterprise workflows . This is a hands-on role with strong ownership and architectural influence. Key Responsibilities Design, fine-tune, and optimize transformer-based models (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, T5) for production use cases. Build and maintain end-to-end GenAI pipelines : data processing, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using vector databases and hybrid search. Optimize inference for latency, throughput, and cost efficiency . Work with multi-modal AI (text, embeddings, images, audio where applicable). Integrate AI services into enterprise applications, ERP systems, and SaaS platforms . Collaborate with product, backend, and cloud teams to deliver scalable AI solutions. Apply best practices in ML governance, security, and responsible AI . Required Skills & Experience Key Responsibilities – Technical & Engineering Design, fine-tune, and optimize transformer-based models (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, T5, etc.) for real-world enterprise use cases Build and maintain scalable GenAI pipelines: data ingestion, training, evaluation, inference, monitoring, and cost optimization Implement advanced RAG systems (vector DBs, hybrid search, chunking strategies) for accurate, context-aware responses Optimize inference (latency, throughput, cost) using quantization (GPTQ, AWQ), vLLM, TGI, Triton, or similar Work with multi-modal AI (text + embeddings, images, structured data) where applicable Integrate AI services into ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics), SaaS products, and custom enterprise applications Apply ML governance, security (OWASP, data privacy), and responsible AI best practices Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and enforce engineering standards Key Responsibilities – Business Leadership & Growth Act as the technical business partner for AI initiatives — translate client business problems into high-ROI AI solutions Own the end-to-end value chain: from opportunity identification, proof-of-concept production, deployment, and measurable business outcomes Drive revenue growth through AI features that increase client retention, upsell opportunities, and product stickiness Collaborate with sales, product, and client success teams to define AI use cases that deliver clear ROI (cost reduction, revenue uplift, efficiency gains) Lead client-facing technical discussions, demos, and POCs to accelerate deal closures and expansions Contribute to strategic business planning : identify new AI product verticals, pricing models, and go-to-market opportunities Track and report business impact metrics (e.g., ROI, usage growth, churn reduction, revenue attribution) tied to your AI deliveries Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field. 4+ years of professional ML experience, with 3+ years in GenAI/LLMs .
