Sales Manager - HoReCa

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue across weddings, corporate events, MICE, and social functions within a HoReCa environment. This role focuses on selling event packages, managing key accounts, and closing deals, while working closely with operations teams to ensure seamless event execution. Key Responsibilities Drive event, wedding, and MICE sales revenue in line with monthly and annual targets Acquire and manage corporate, wedding, and event agency clients Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts for event packages Lead price negotiation and deal closing with clients and partners Coordinate with operations, kitchen, and service teams to ensure event delivery meets client expectations Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business Monitor market trends and competitor offerings within the Bali HoReCa market Prepare sales performance reports and forecasts Requirements Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Event Sales, Wedding Sales, or MICE Sales within hotel, resort, catering, or HoReCa environments Proven experience handling weddings, corporate events, and large-scale functions Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills Familiarity with hotel or event sales systems (OPERA, Delphi, or similar is a plus) Strong communication skills in English Willing to be based in Bali and flexible with working hours Why Join Us Work in a dynamic HoReCa and hospitality environment Exposure to high-profile weddings and corporate events Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives
