VP/SVP Cpaas Product lead

We're seeking a strategic leader to drive growth and innovation in our clients platform-based products and new business initiatives across the Asia region Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional product strategy for CPaaS, Telco APIs, AI-enabled solutions, and digital products Collaborate with senior stakeholders to co-create initiatives and drive market launches Lead product planning, roadmap development, and go-to-market strategies Foster strategic partnerships to accelerate time-to-market Drive regional adoption through workshops, strategy sessions, and business planning forums Develop compelling value propositions to attract new members and partners Pursue regional enterprise opportunities with our Member Operators Lead a high-performing team of 4-5 members Requirements: Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or International Business 15+ years of experience in telecommunications 5+ years of product management experience 5+ years in leadership and people management 3-5 years working experience in Asia Excellent communication and negotiation skills
