Office location: Alabang, Muntinlupa Work schedule: Compressed Work | Monday to Friday Work setup: Full onsite Role Overview: The FP&A Manager will drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making. This role analyzes operational and financial performance, identifies trends, and provides actionable insights to optimize profitability and efficiency across the organization. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA) preferred. 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain sectors. Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Proficient in ERP systems, Excel, and financial reporting tools; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. Duties & Responsibilities: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop financial models and perform scenario analysis to support business decisions and investment planning. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze financial results, and report insights to senior management. Collaborate with operations, commercial, and other departments to assess financial impacts and support strategic initiatives. Identify cost optimization opportunities and recommend actionable strategies to improve profitability and efficiency. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
