Quality Assurance Tester

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced QA Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. The ideal candidate has a strong testing background, holds a recognised QA/Testing certification, and has solid knowledge of automated testing practices. Experience & Qualification Intermediate to senior-level experience in software quality assurance Recognised QA/Testing certification (e.g. ISTQB or equivalent) Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices Proven knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks Experience with regression, functional, and integration testing Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality outcomes Nice to Have Experience with CI/CD pipelines API and performance testing experience Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments Daily Tasks: Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts Perform manual and automated testing across web and/or mobile applications Identify, log, track, and verify software defects Work closely with developers and product teams to resolve quality issues Participate in requirements reviews to ensure testability Continuously improve testing processes and test coverage Interested applicants to please apply online or e-mail yvette.lamprecht@belay-ts.co.za
