Position Title: Production Associate (Crew) Work Location: Sta. Rosa, Laguna Work Setup: Full Onsite Employment Type: Probationary (with possibility of regularization) Role Overview: We are hiring Production Associates to support day-to-day manufacturing operations. This role involves assisting in production line activities, handling materials, and ensuring output meets quality and safety standards. Candidates must be physically fit and willing to work on shifting schedules. Key Responsibilities: Support production line operations and assigned manufacturing tasks Assist in loading, unloading, and handling of materials and finished goods Perform repetitive manual tasks in a fast-paced environment Follow standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality guidelines Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas Meet daily production targets and operational requirements Comply with shifting schedules and full onsite attendance Qualifications: Education: High School Graduate or Vocational Course Graduate Physical Requirements: Must be physically fit and capable of heavy lifting Health Requirements: Must have no allergies to dust Other Requirements: Willing to work onsite Amenable to shifting schedules Able to work 6 days per week Can start immediately or within short notice Work Schedule Work Days: Monday to Saturday (6x per week) Shifting Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Compensation & Benefits: Overtime Pay (as applicable) Night Differential (as applicable) Government-mandated benefits One (1) free onsite meal per day Free medical check-up and medicines Probationary employment with opportunity for regularization
