Finance Controller (Director - AVP)

Finance Controller Location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig Onsite, Morning Shift Salary: Open / Negotiable We are currently looking for a Finance Controller to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls. The role will work closely with senior management to support business performance, compliance, and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end closing Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Strengthen internal controls and financial processes Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies Provide financial insights and recommendations to management Qualifications: CPA preferred Strong background in financial reporting, controllership, and compliance Experience managing teams and working with senior stakeholders Excellent analytical and communication skills Other Openings: In addition to the Finance Controller role, we also have opportunities available in other functional areas.
