Job Title: Head of Investment Strategy (Trader) Location: Taguig City (BGC) Employment Type: Full-Time, Senior Leadership, On-site Set-up: Morning Shift, Mon-Fri Core Responsibilities Portfolio Management & Execution: Lead tactical and strategic investment decisions. Ensure that the team of portfolio managers and traders executes trades efficiently and stays aligned with the approved model. Investment Strategy: Formulate and maintain the asset class "House View." Translate macroeconomic trends and sector research into actionable trading strategies. Team Leadership: Direct and mentor a team of portfolio managers, analysts, and traders to ensure high-quality output and professional growth. Governance & Compliance: Oversee trading policies and ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and internal risk controls. Stakeholder Engagement: Present portfolio performance to investment committees and provide expert market briefings to support sales and marketing efforts. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 10 years in equities portfolio management, investment research, or professional trading. Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. CFA, MBA, or CPA credentials are a major plus. Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and macroeconomic analysis. Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team and present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
