Finance Controller (FNB | FMCG | Food Manufacturing)

Office location: Mandaluyong Work setup: Full onsite Schedule: Monday to Friday | Dayshift Role Overview Leads the controllership function across multiple entities, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, strong governance, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness. Drives financial discipline, process standardization, and continuous improvement through automation and ERP optimization. Must have experience working within the F&B or Food Manufacturing industry. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accountancy Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting , including 5 years in a leadership role. Must have experience in the F&B, FMCG, or Food Manufacturing industries. Strong expertise in IFRS/GAAP, internal controls, and audit management Proven experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and process automation initiatives Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills Duties & Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end controllership functions, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), inventory, cost, and general accounting Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Lead external audits and coordinate closely with tax teams to ensure compliance and accurate filings Drive automation, digitization, and continuous improvement initiatives, including ERP (SAP) optimization Manage month-end and year-end closing processes and prepare executive-level financial dashboards Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting and controllership team Establish and maintain financial policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks
