Job Title: Sales Manager / Relationship Manager - Forex Trading Location: Dubai, UAE Budget: under 12000 AED Benefits: insurance coverage and leave entitlements Job Summary: Our client is seeking experienced Sales / Relationship Managers to drive forex client acquisition and expand our Introducing Broker (IB) channel. The role involves face-to-face client meetings in the UAE and remote engagement with international clients. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire new forex clients and onboard them on MetaTrader 5 (MT5) - Build, manage, and expand IB and Sub-IB networks - Conduct client meetings, presentations, and account consultations - Participate in sales and marketing drives to achieve targets - Maintain strong client relationships and support referral generation - Represent the company at financial events and networking forums Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in forex, CFD, or financial sales - Strong knowledge of Forex products and MT5 - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Dubai-based candidates preferred (UAE driving license is an advantage) - Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented Package: - Fixed Salary + Variable Pay + Performance Perks (as per company policy) - Career growth opportunities into Senior Sales & IB Channel Management roles - Ongoing professional training and development Key Skills: - Strong knowledge of Forex & financial markets - Proven sales, business development, and client acquisition experience - Relationship management and referral-building skills - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities - Leadership and team coordination capabilities - Familiarity with CRM systems and trading platforms (MT4/MT5) - Target-driven, analytical, and problem-solving mindset - Understanding of KYC/AML and regulatory compliance
