Technical Customer Support Specialist – German Speaking Location: Barcelona (Office-based) Industry: Automotive & Industrial Manufacturing Were looking for a German-speaking Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. This role is based in the office and focuses on supporting customers who use products and systems within the automotive and industrial manufacturing sector. In this position, youll be the person customers turn to when they need help. Youll listen carefully, ask the right questions, and work step by step to understand technical issues and guide customers toward a solution. Youll also work closely with internal teams to make sure every case is handled properly and professionally. What Youll Do Support German-speaking customers via phone, email, and internal ticketing tools Help customers troubleshoot technical issues and understand how products work Explain technical information in a clear, practical, and friendly way Keep accurate notes of each interaction and the actions taken Escalate more complex cases to specialized technical teams when needed Work together with colleagues from engineering, quality, and other departments Follow support processes while always keeping the customer experience in mind What Were Looking For Fluency in German is essential Good working knowledge of English for internal communication Experience in technical support, customer support, or a similar service role Interest in technology, automotive, or industrial products A calm, structured approach to problem-solving Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset Comfort working in an office environment and as part of an international team What You Can Expect An office-based role in Barcelona A supportive team and structured onboarding Training to help you build confidence with products and systems A stable role within an international industrial environment The opportunity to develop your technical and customer support skills
