Senior Sales Executive (Onsite, Karachi, PKR Salary)

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 4+ years of progressive experience in sales or business development, with a consistent track record of closing high-value deals. Proven expertise in strategic negotiations, complex deal structuring, and contract closures. Strong executive presence with the ability to engage, influence, and build credibility with senior stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in a performance-driven, target-oriented environment. Proficiency in CRM platforms, sales analytics, and forecasting tools. Experience within technology-driven construction organizations is highly preferred. Exceptional presentation, relationship management, and client advisory skills. Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term value creation. Responsibilities: Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting strategic sales opportunities. Own and manage the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and final deal closure. Build, maintain, and continuously optimize a robust sales pipeline aligned with organizational revenue targets. Develop and sustain long-term, trusted partnerships with key clients and decision-makers. Act as a strategic advisor to clients by deeply understanding their business needs and delivering tailored, value-driven solutions. Lead pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization to ensure profitable outcomes. Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify new growth and expansion opportunities. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management to refine sales strategies and offerings. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, delivery excellence, and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics within CRM systems. Prepare and present sales performance reports, pipeline reviews, and strategic updates to leadership.
