Finance Executive (AP) - 1 Yr Contract

Our client is an established infrastructure organisation responsible for the deployment, operation, and maintenance of a nationwide connectivity network, supporting multiple service providers and large-scale developments across Singapore Key Responsibilities To process invoices and payments posting in a timely and accurate manner To perform vendor reconciliations and follow up with unreconciled transactions To maintain daily cash book and improve existing payment process to generate a healthy level of working capital To prepare full set of accounts for a small subsidiary Housekeeping of AP/GL records in softcopies formats, managing AP common email Liaise with Vendors on payment issues and maintaining a good relationship Maintaining audit schedules Performing ad-hoc financial assessments for tender Preparing GST submission Preparing financial statements and XBRL To liaise with internal and external auditors on accounting matters To assist AP Accountant on process improvement initiatives and month-end closing of accounts To assist perform UAT of new system if any Any other tasks assigned by Accountant/Finance Manager Key Requirements Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification At least 3 years of relevant experience and good communication skills Strong computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office in particular strong in Excel and experience in SAP B1 is an added advantage Must have a positive attitude, able to communicate clearly, meticulous, analytical and able to work under pressure 1 year contract with full benefits, with possibility of extension or conversion JOB ID: 63XXV9RW All Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
