Procurement Executive

An established infrastructure organisation responsible for the deployment, operation, and maintenance of a nationwide connectivity network, supporting multiple service providers and large-scale developments across Singapore Key Responsibilities Monitor stock level, analyze and identify stocks to be purchased before triggering the purchase To prepare the required Material Forecast List and document for Operation Team to give their input before preparing for analysis and purchase plan Assist with the invoice payment for all consignment stocks Prepare Weekly Reconciliation for consign materials Manage materials suppliers to resolve any gaps in communication and execution of production of materials and delivery Monitor Suppliers and Warehouse performance Act as the main coordinator between the operations departments and our 3PL Negotiate with suppliers to adjust delivery schedules as needed Assist on the buffer stocks verification checks for different material suppliers Resolve material-related issues faced by the operations team, including urgent purchase requirements Act as a representative for Central Procurement in Tender Opening and Commercial Evaluation Committee To assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned Key Requirements Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in materials purchasing and warehousing Experience in using SAP Experience in sourcing, tenders and negotiation has an added advantage JOBDID: RYVV756R All Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
