What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you’ll be the voice and heart of our travel platform: Communicate with travelers via phone and email, ensuring a positive experience at every step. Provide clear, accurate information on bookings, rebookings, and cancellations for flights, hotels, and rail travel. Think creatively to find solutions and ensure each customer’s journey runs smoothly. Collaborate closely with your teammates to continuously improve service quality. What We’re Looking For Fluency in Danish (native or C1 level) Good command of English for daily communication and training A flexible and adaptable mindset — ready to learn and grow Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience in customer service is a plus, but we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
