Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager – Manufacturing Location: Eastern Thailand Salary Range: 90,000 – 110,000 THB/month Industry: Global Manufacturing Organization Key Responsibilities Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting, month-end closing, and accounting operations in compliance with applicable accounting standards, internal policies, and control procedures. Manage corporate tax matters, including regulatory filings, compliance requirements, and oversight of applicable tax incentives. Handle treasury-related activities and corporate governance support, including cash flow forecasting and preparation of board documentation and resolutions. Establish, review, and enhance financial processes to ensure alignment with local statutory and reporting requirements. Act as a finance business partner to internal and external stakeholders by providing technical accounting guidance, financial reporting support, and tax advisory input. Support annual audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and documentation, ensuring adherence to both group and statutory reporting deadlines. Oversee the performance and compliance of finance shared service providers. Participate in finance transformation initiatives, including process improvements and digitalization projects. Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. 8–10 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation; prior experience in external audit (Big 4 preferred) is an advantage. Strong knowledge of IFRS or equivalent international accounting standards. Analytical and detail-oriented with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Independent, proactive, and able to take ownership of responsibilities in a dynamic environment. Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or similar) is a plus. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
