Business Analyst

Our client is a manufacturing business operating in the online commerce and b2b space. This role will provide insights to support commercial decision-making through analytics, research, and strategic intelligence. This role sits at the intersection of business analytics, sales strategy, and executive support . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales data, generating insights to support strategic planning, and acting as a trusted Executive Assistant to senior management and the business owner. Key Responsibilities: Manage and analyze sales and commercial performance data to support strategic decision-making Develop structured reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools for management review Translate data insights into recommendations for sales planning and business strategy Monitor sales trends, pipeline performance, and key business metrics Support senior management in preparing executive presentations, reports, and strategic materials Act as an Executive Assistant to the Manager and business owner, including calendar coordination, meeting preparation, and follow-up on key actions Assist with ad-hoc strategic initiatives, business analysis, and operational projects Work cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives The Successful Candidate Bachelors degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline Minimum 5 years experience in Business Analysis, Sales Operations, Consulting, or a comparable role Strong analytical capability with the ability to convert data into clear, actionable insights Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; exposure to BI or data visualization tools is advantageous Solid understanding of sales performance metrics and commercial reporting Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Professional, discreet, and comfortable working closely with senior executives and business owners Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia Self-driven, structured, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment Whats on Offer Exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making Opportunity to contribute directly to business growth and commercial strategy
