Qualified Solicitor - Conveyancer / Wills & Probate Location: Maidenhead (Office-Based) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (DOE) About the Role We are working with a well-established law firm that is looking to appoint a qualified Solicitor to join its growing team in Maidenhead. This is an excellent opportunity for a personable and motivated legal professional with experience in both residential conveyancing and wills & probate to step into a varied and rewarding role. Key Responsibilities Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion Advising clients on wills, probate, and estate administration matters Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Drafting legal documents including contracts, transfers, and wills Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties Providing clear, practical legal advice with a strong client-focused approach Supporting team members where needed and contributing to a collaborative workplace Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards Requirements Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE Demonstrable experience in residential conveyancing and wills & probate Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage matters with minimal supervision Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, friendly, and approachable manner Team-oriented with a willingness to assist colleagues Highly organised with strong attention to detail Benefits and Progression Competitive salary of £45,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience) Clear opportunities for career development and progression Supportive and collaborative working environment High-quality work with direct client exposure Stable, full-time office-based role within an established firm How to Apply To apply or find out more, please send your CV to info@legalprorecruitment.com and we will be in touch.
