Video Animation Trainer - Tirana

ROI Academy in Tirana is expanding its creative programs and is looking for a Video Animation Trainer with strong professional experience and a passion for teaching. If you enjoy breaking down complex techniques, guiding learners and helping them build real, market-ready skills, this role could be a great fit. Key Responsibilities Deliver practical training sessions in video animation for beginner and intermediate learners. Develop a structured curriculum with clear learning objectives, exercises and real-world assignments. Guide students through their projects and provide constructive feedback on both technical and creative elements. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into the training content. Collaborate with the ROI Academy team to continuously improve course quality and the student experience. Required Skills & Experience At least 4 years of professional experience in video animation, motion graphics or a related field. Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects (required). Solid understanding of animation principles, storyboarding, character design and visual storytelling. Prior teaching, mentoring or workshop experience is a strong advantage. Ability to explain concepts clearly and keep sessions engaging. Good communication skills in English.
