Supply Chain Head (FMCG/F&B)

Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with company growth and operational objectives Ensure seamless coordination between procurement, logistics, warehousing, and distribution Drive cost optimization, service level improvement, and operational efficiency Importation & Regulatory Compliance Oversee importation processes, customs documentation, and regulatory compliance Manage relationships with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and brokers Ensure timely and cost-effective inbound shipments Logistics & Distribution Lead transportation planning and distribution network management Monitor delivery performance and ensure timely replenishment to retail and warehouse locations Optimize freight costs and logistics efficiency Warehousing & Inventory Management Oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and stock control Ensure proper storage conditions, FIFO implementation, and shrinkage control Manage inventory planning to avoid stockouts and overstock situations Manpower Planning & Operations Management Develop manpower plans to support warehouse and logistics operations Supervise supply chain teams and ensure productivity targets are met Drive performance management and operational discipline Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to align supply planning with demand forecasts Provide supply chain insights to support business decisions Support the COO in achieving overall operational excellence Qualifications Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field 8–12 years of progressive experience in supply chain, preferably in FMCG or F&B Strong background in importation, warehousing, and distribution management Proven leadership experience managing large operational teams Strong analytical and cost management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
