Strict Rendition: Provide detailed and complete translations of every part of the conversation without omission. Call Coordination: Manage the flow of the call and follow customer instructions precisely while maintaining a professional distance. Industry Protocols: Utilize specialized terminology and follow protocols in industries such as Insurance, Legal, and Medicine (General and Forensic). Linguistic Integrity: Ensure strict adherence to the rules of grammar and syntax for both languages during live communication. Your Qualifications Languages: C1 proficiency level in both Ukrainian and English (written and oral). Legal Status: Must have EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit . Education: High School Diploma is mandatory; a degree in translation, interpretation, or languages is an advantage. Technical Skills: Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking abilities to ensure accuracy. Soft Skills: Ability to remain neutral and detached during calls, high level of discipline, and strong organizational skills.
