Your Role Consecutive Interpretation: Render concepts and meanings accurately between Russian and English, maintaining the original complexity, tone, and style. Accuracy & Detail: Provide strict renditions of messages, ensuring every detail of the conversation is captured without omissions or additions. Call Management: Follow customer instructions to manage the flow of calls effectively while maintaining professional boundaries. Specialized Terminology: Apply knowledge of protocols and terminology across diverse industries, including Insurance, Legal, and Medicine (General and Forensic). Grammar & Syntax: Uphold strict rules for grammar and syntax in both languages during live communication. Your Qualifications Languages: C1 proficiency in both Russian and English (oral and written). Education: High School Diploma is mandatory; a degree in languages, translation, or interpretation is highly preferred. Interpreting Skills: Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking abilities. Cultural Competence: Ability to explain cultural concepts clearly to prevent miscommunication between parties. Professionalism: Ability to remain neutral, objective, and detached from the conversation at all times. Self-Management: Highly disciplined, organized, and capable of working autonomously under performance goals. Legal: Must possess EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit .
