Draft internal communications and leadership updates with clarity and precision. Support change management initiatives and help drive organizational clarity on key topics. Special Projects & COO Support Own and deliver discrete, time-bound initiatives that improve execution, efficiency, or scale, depending on business needs. Serve as a trusted proxy for the COO in meetings or communications where needed. Step into urgent issues across the organization, identify root causes, and drive resolution with speed and pragmatism. People Management & Stakeholder Leadership Manage direct reports as required (analysts, coordinators, or project resources). Influence senior stakeholders across teams and drive outcomes without relying on hierarchy. Maintain strong working relationships while ensuring accountability and delivery. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in high-velocity operating environments (business operations, strategy, or adjacent roles). Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior leadership, combining strategic context with disciplined execution. Highly organized and methodical, with strong ownership, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through.
