Utility Engineer - AutoCad

Our client is a well-established global engineering and construction group delivering complex infrastructure projects across international markets, with strong opportunities for professional development Key Responsibilities Manage the design of utility diversion routes, supporting structures, and other required temporary or permanent works. Study, identify, and determine existing utilities, and take charge of on-site utility diversion works. Engage, coordinate, and liaise with approved subcontractors for all utility and services diversion activities. Identify and resolve utility system failures, and oversee preventive maintenance where required. Direct and guide project teams and technicians, providing technical input on utility processes, design, and construction. Compile and analyse data on utility systems, including system efficiency, energy usage, and material consumption. Manage utility construction scopes, including defining project scope, timelines, specifications, and budgets. Supervise and oversee utility site works, ensuring strict compliance with authority requirements and approved methodologies. Apply AutoCAD 2D and Civil 3D to study, design, and coordinate utility clashes with NSC tunnel works and related activities. Ensure familiarity and compliance with various utility agency requirements, including diversion works, utility support designs, and obtaining clearances within utility setback distances. Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction supervision, project coordination, or projects of similar scale and complexity. Registered Earthwork Supervisor (EMA/SPPG) will be an advantage. Experience in dry and wet utilities ; LTA project experience preferred.
