Compliance Business Analyst Overview Our client is a leading energy company seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 9-month contract assignment in Juno Beach, FL. This role supports the Business Management Portfolio Services Compliance team, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, ISO compliance requirements, and collateral management processes. The position is critical for maintaining compliance integrity, mitigating risk, and supporting operational efficiency across the portfolio. Key Responsibilities Monitor and enforce compliance with contractual terms and ISO standards Manage collateral requirements, including tracking, reporting, and maintaining accurate documentation Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement Support compliance audits and regulatory reporting requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency Maintain detailed documentation of compliance processes and procedures Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies Provide analytical support for portfolio management decisions Requirements 6-10 years of business analyst experience Strong background in compliance management and regulatory requirements Experience with ISO standards and contractual compliance Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred Experience in energy/utilities industry preferred Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities What We Offer Competitive hourly rate of up to $37/hour 9-month contract duration with potential for extension Opportunity to work with a leading energy company Professional development and networking opportunities Standard business hours (8 AM - 5 PM) Located in beautiful Juno Beach, Florida This is an on-site position - no remote work available.
