Corporate Legal - FMCG

The Corporate Legal role is responsible for providing comprehensive legal support across corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters within the FMCG business. This position plays a key role in ensuring legal compliance, managing risks, and supporting business growth through sound legal advice and governance. Key Responsibilities Provide legal advisory on corporate and commercial matters, supporting day-to-day business operations Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including distribution, sales, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, marketing, and service agreements Ensure compliance with corporate governance, applicable laws, and internal policies Manage and support corporate actions, including shareholder matters, board resolutions, and regulatory filings Handle licensing, permits, and regulatory requirements relevant to FMCG operations Support dispute management and litigation, including coordination with external counsel Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks associated with business activities and transactions Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR) to provide practical legal solutions Monitor changes in laws and regulations impacting the FMCG industry and advise the business accordingly Support audits, compliance reviews, and internal investigations when required Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in Corporate Legal roles, preferably within FMCG, manufacturing, or consumer goods industries Bachelors degree in Law; Masters degree or advocate license is a plus Strong experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and corporate compliance Solid understanding of Indonesian corporate, commercial, and regulatory law Experience working with cross-functional business teams Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English Able to work independently and manage multiple matters simultaneously
