JOB DETAILS Job Title : Senior Paid Social Video Editor Location : Remote Reports To : TBD Work Shift : Flexible, with required overlap between 7:00–11:00 AM CET Working Hours : Full-time; 40 hours per week Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Paid Social Video Editor to join a creative-first growth partner working with leading DTC brands across the US, Canada, and Europe. This role is strictly execution-focused and centered on producing high-performing paid social video ads that meet a clearly defined quality bar. You will work from approved concepts, scripts, and creative briefs provided by Creative Strategists and Copywriters. Your responsibility is to execute at a high creative and technical level, delivering performance-ready ads that match or exceed provided reference examples. Key Responsibilities: Video Editing & Production (Primary Focus) Edit paid social video ads for platforms including Meta and TikTok Transform raw footage, UGC, AI-generated assets, and supplied materials into polished, conversion-focused ads Execute edits with strong pacing, visual hierarchy, and storytelling aligned to performance marketing best practices Add motion graphics, captions, subtitles, hooks, and overlays where appropriate Ensure all deliverables meet platform specs and internal quality standards Maintain premium visual quality, no low-effort or “dropshipping-style” edits AI-First Creative Execution (Baseline Requirement) Generate and integrate AI video, image, voice-over, and music assets using tools such as Higgsfield, Nanobanana, ElevenLabs, Suno.ai, and similar platforms Use AI intentionally to enhance creative output, not as a shortcut for low-quality production Continuously improve AI workflows to increase efficiency, iteration speed, and creative range Execution Within Creative Direction Execute strictly within approved briefs, concepts, and reference examples Ask clarifying questions when inputs are unclear to avoid rework Apply initiative to elevate edits while staying aligned with brand and strategy Adapt visual style per brand (e.g., premium, minimal, bold, playful) Creative Collaboration Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists and Copywriters during production cycles Review scripts, storyboards, and shot lists and flag execution considerations early Share relevant creative trends, AI techniques, and production improvements Contribute to improving internal video workflows and standards Qualifications: 2+ years of hands-on experience editing paid social video ads Ability to produce work equal to or better than the following reference quality: https://app.air.inc/a/crQiK85HS Strong, practical experience using AI tools in video/image/audio production workflows Proven portfolio of Meta and TikTok ads, ideally with ad spend or performance context (USD) Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro Solid understanding of pacing, hooks, retention, and performance-driven editing Ability to follow briefs precisely while thinking independently Experience handling multiple projects with consistent on-time delivery Fluent written and spoken English Nice-to-Have Experience with After Effects / motion graphics Background working with DTC e-commerce brands Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and iterative ad production Ability to explain why past ads performed well (creative reasoning, not strategy ownership) Benefits: Fully remote role Generous PTO and holiday allowance Collaborative, high-performance creative environment Access to training, paid courses, and conferences Annual international team retreats Clear growth path with regular reviews and bonus opportunities
