HRSI is looking for Sales & Marketing Coordinator for one of its leading client. Responsibilities: Communicating with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate assistance. Receiving and processing customer orders. Entering orders accurately into the system. Coordinating with the production team to ensure timely order fulfillment. Following up with relevant departments regarding order status and delivery schedules. Maintaining and updating data using Excel spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes. Managing email correspondence with clients and internal teams in a professional manner.
