Based in Portugal, you will play a critical role in maintaining customer loyalty by providing efficient and empathetic support. Core Requirements Linguistic Mastery: Native or near-native Dutch (C1/C2); Professional English (B2). Legal Status: Must be an EU Citizen or have a valid work permit for Portugal . Tech Savvy: Comfortable with multi-tasking across different software platforms and digital tools. Qualifications & Skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in a BPO or call center environment is a plus. A "can-do" attitude and a genuine desire to resolve customer issues.
