Start Dates: February 26, 2026, or April 20, 2026 Your Role As a German-Speaking Customer Expert , you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-tier support via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and troubleshooting in German . Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing clear and empathetic solutions. Document interactions accurately in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience. What We Are Looking For Native or Near-Native German (C1/C2 level). Fluent English (B2 level) for internal communication and training. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. A "can-do" attitude and a passion for helping people. Legal right to work in the EU or eligibility for a Greek work permit.
