HR Clerk

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised HR Clerk to support the Human Resources department with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for document collection, follow-ups, and accurate data entry while ensuring all records are properly maintained and up to date. Key Responsibilities: Chase and follow up with employees and candidates for pending documentation Collect, verify, and file HR-related documents (contracts, IDs, certificates, forms, etc.) Perform accurate data input into HR systems and databases Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical files) Ensure compliance with internal policies and documentation requirements Assist with onboarding documentation processes Provide general administrative support to the HR department Requirements: Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred Strong organisational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Basic to intermediate computer skills (MS Office, data entry systems) Good communication skills in English Ability to handle confidential information professionally #LI-DNI
