Chief Audit Executive

Job Summary: Chief Audit Executive Location: Makati (Onsite) Schedule: Monday – Friday Role Purpose The Chief Audit Executive leads the internal audit function to ensure the companys governance, risk management, and internal controls are effective. You will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and the board, promoting accountability and continuous improvement across the organization. Key Responsibilities Audit Strategy: Develop and lead annual audit plans that align with company goals and risk appetite. Team Leadership: Manage and coach department heads covering Financial, Operations, and IT audits. Operational Oversight: Oversee the entire audit lifecycle—from planning and fieldwork to finalizing reports with practical recommendations. Governance & Quality: Ensure all audit activities follow Global Internal Audit Standards (GIAS) and maintain a high-quality assurance program. Advisory: Provide input on risk mitigation, ethics, fraud awareness, and process improvements. Requirements Experience: At least 10 years in internal auditing, business analysis, or program evaluation. Education: Degree in Accountancy or a business-related course. Certification: Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) . Skills: Strong leadership, business acumen, and expertise in risk management and critical thinking. Working Conditions Primary Site: 100% Office-based in Makati. Travel: Field visits as required.
