Job Description: As a Receptionist, the right candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment. This role requires strong organisational and communication skills, particularly in Italian, as well as a professional and friendly approach when interacting with clients and visitors. Role and Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day front desk operations. Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings. Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry. Maintain an organised and efficient reception area. Provide administrative support to different departments when required. Requirements: Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Italian and English. Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role will be considered an asset. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
