About the Opportunity Our client, a well-established and growing organization in the construction materials and contracting industry, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support its California operations. This is a high-impact, hands-on role supporting a unionized workforce in a fast-paced, operational environment. You will play a key role in driving employee engagement, ensuring compliance with California employment law, and supporting business expansion initiatives.
