This is a customer-focused role within the travel industry, ideal for candidates who enjoy helping people plan and manage their journeys. Mon–Fri: 09:00–20:00 Sat–Sun: 10:00–19:00 Rotational shifts within these hours Public holidays are paid double For part-time roles (minimum 50%), candidates must work full-time during the training period . Your Responsibilities Assist customers with travel-related inquiries via phone and written communication Provide accurate booking support and travel guidance Handle changes, cancellations, and general travel questions Deliver professional, solution-oriented customer service Work efficiently within booking and CRM systems What We're Looking For Native or C1/C2 Danish (written & spoken) B2 level English (written & verbal) Strong communication skills and service mindset Comfortable working in a structured, shift-based environment Basic computer skills Compensation €1,900 gross/month Up to €250 monthly performance bonus Double pay for public holidays Available in Estonia and Latvia Why Apply?
