JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Registered Nurse Manager - Intensive Care Unit Trauma Neuro RN MGR - ICU TRAUMA NEURO Full-Time Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Intensive Care Unit Trauma Neuro opportunity will have the following job responsibilities: The Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives. JOB QUALIFICATIONS- Registered Nurse Manager - Intensive Care Unit Trauma Neuro RN MGR - ICU TRAUMA NEURO Full-Time Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Intensive Care Unit Trauma Neuro opportunity must meet the following minimum job qualifications: · 1+ years of RECENT (within the last year) Acute Care (ICU, MICU, SICU, CVICU) leadership experience required. · Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date · Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date · Trauma Nursing Core Course must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date · (RN) Registered Nurse · Registered Nurse Diploma
