Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant III to provide high‑level administrative and executive support to a dedicated group and multiple senior leaders. This role handles a wide range of moderately complex tasks requiring strong judgment, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to manage competing priorities. The position supports departmental operations, financial processes, and executive‑level coordination in a fast‑paced corporate environment. No Visa Sponsorship | No Relocation Assistance Contract Duration: 6 months | W2 Location: Houston, TX (Onsite - Local candidates or those within a 1.5‑hour commute) Requirements: Assist with preparation of budgets and forecasts. Prepare and process expense reports for multiple directors. Order catering and coordinate logistics for meetings and events. Provide administrative and clerical support, including handling confidential information. Manage executive‑level calendars, coordinate meetings, schedule conference rooms, and arrange travel. Respond to inquiries from internal and external business partners with professionalism and strong communication. Support departmental operations including project coordination, invoice management, document preparation, and presentation development. Monitor, track, and report departmental data; maintain cost center information and assist with financial analysis. Supervise or guide the work of others on assigned projects; provide mentorship when needed. Maintain strong organizational systems to support up to five directors simultaneously. Qualifications/Must-Haves: High school diploma or GED. 5+ years of progressive administrative support experience (general office, clerical, or executive support) Executive‑level support experience, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and handling confidential information. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional executive presence. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage competing priorities and support multiple leaders. Preferred Skills: Some college coursework or an Associate's degree. Prior experience mentoring or supervising others on projects. Basic knowledge of SharePoint for document management. Experience using Oracle financial systems (strongly preferred) Experience preparing budgets, forecasts, or supporting financial operations. Experience working with senior executives in a large corporate environment. Work Environment: Full onsite role in Houston, TX. Fast‑paced, corporate environment supporting multiple directors. Requires strong professionalism, discretion, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
