What Youll Do As an Interpreter, you will: Facilitate clear and accurate communication between Russian and English speakers Interpret live conversations across industries such as healthcare, insurance, legal, and customer service Maintain neutrality and professionalism at all times Handle sensitive conversations with discretion and empathy Ensure every message is conveyed with accuracy, tone, and cultural awareness You wont just translate words — youll deliver understanding. What Were Looking For Fluency in Russian and English (C1 level or higher) Strong listening skills and excellent short-term memory Ability to stay calm and objective in high-pressure situations High level of concentration and attention to detail Cultural awareness and professional communication style EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work authorization A background in linguistics, interpretation, or related fields is a plus — but professionalism and language mastery matter most.
