Role Overview We are seeking an experienced bilingual Marketing Manager to lead and upgrade the current marketing function. This is a newly created position aimed at strengthening strategic marketing direction, improving brand positioning, and supporting business growth across production and trading lines. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement overall marketing strategy aligned with business growth plans Lead and structure the marketing function, providing direction to design and content resources Manage brand positioning across retail and B2B channels Oversee social media and digital presence strategy Coordinate product launches and promotional activities Support commercial team with marketing materials and campaigns Conduct market research and competitor analysis Identify opportunities for brand expansion within UK market Requirements 5–10 years marketing experience FMCG / Food / Retail industry background is essential Fluent in Mandarin and English (professional working level) Strong understanding of UK consumer market Hands-on and practical mindset, comfortable working in SME environment Able to work fully office-based (5 days per week) Salary Open, depending on experience Benefits Standard statutory benefits
