Accounts Executive

Manpower is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients for a Finance Executive to join the organisation on a full-time basis. The position suits a detail-oriented professional who enjoys structured work and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. General Responsibilities include: Maintaining accurate bookkeeping records and ensuring financial data is properly organised and up to date. Processing supplier and customer invoices and executing payments in line with internal procedures and approval frameworks. Reviewing supplier invoices against supporting documentation and resolving discrepancies in a timely and professional manner. Managing accounts payable and receivable activities, including invoicing, reconciliations, and monitoring outstanding balances. Performing bank reconciliations, reviewing transactions, and supporting scheduled payment runs using approved methods. Preparing accounts up to trial balance level and assisting with month-end processes and balance sheet support. Maintaining clear audit trails and supporting audit and compliance requirements as needed. Providing ad-hoc financial support, reporting, and analysis to senior finance stakeholders when required. Communicating with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to address finance-related queries efficiently. Supporting ongoing improvements to finance processes and administrative workflows. Requirements: A minimum of five years experience within an accounting or finance-related role. Part-qualified ACCA professional, currently progressing through the qualification with a strong commitment to completion. Well-organised and methodical, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong working knowledge of Sage and Microsoft Excel. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
