Talent Pool – Data Scientist (Belgium)

Location: Belgium (Hybrid / On-site / Remote depending on client) Contract Type: Permanent or Freelance (depending on project) Language: Dutch and/or French, English About the role We are building a talent pool of Data Scientists for upcoming opportunities with leading companies across Belgium. These roles focus on turning complex data into actionable insights, developing predictive models, and supporting business decision-making through advanced analytics and machine learning. Key Responsibilities Build and deploy machine learning models (classification, regression, forecasting, clustering, NLP, etc.) Analyze large datasets and translate results into clear business insights Work closely with stakeholders (business, product, engineering) Create dashboards and reports to communicate findings Improve data quality, feature engineering, and model performance Support end-to-end model lifecycle: experimentation validation deployment monitoring Required Skills & Experience 2+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning (or strong project portfolio) Strong Python skills (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) Experience with SQL and working with structured/unstructured data Strong statistical and analytical thinking Experience with model evaluation, validation, and performance monitoring Strong communication skills (able to explain technical results to non-technical stakeholders) Nice to Have Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) Experience with Databricks, Spark, or big data tooling MLOps exposure (MLflow, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with Power BI or Tableau Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch) Whats in it for you Access to high-quality Data Science projects in Belgium Opportunities in top industries: banking, pharma, energy, tech, manufacturing Fast process and direct client access for the right profiles Competitive rates/salaries depending on experience Interested?
