AI Growth Marketer — DTC Channel (REMOTE)

AI Growth Marketer to own Livaclean's Shopify DTC channel — build landing pages with Claude CLI, create static ad variations at scale, and run A/B tests across the funnel. Livaclean is a 7-year-old ecommerce skincare brand (pimple patches, face care, hair care) with a fully remote team across Pakistan, Philippines, India, and LATAM. The Role We're a 95% Amazon business building our DTC/Shopify channel (~$25K/month today). This is an experimental, builder-stage role you're not maintaining a system, you're creating one. Claude CLI proficiency is a hard requirement. You'll own the static ad pipeline: produce 20-50 AI-powered ad variations/week, test messaging across awareness levels, and feed winning data to our video creative team. 500+ UGC videos/month already flowing in for creative mining. What You'll Do Build and optimize Shopify landing pages, PDPs, and advertorials using Claude CLI (~30%) Create 20-50 static ad variations/week using AI tools — test hooks across problem/solution/product-aware audiences (~30%) Run A/B tests across pages, ads, and email — track CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates (~20%) Optimize Klaviyo email flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase) (~10%) Develop ad concepts at volume, mine UGC library, collaborate with Creative Lead (~10%) Requirements Must-Have: Claude CLI proficiency (this is non-negotiable) Marketing fundamentals: awareness levels, funnels, A/B testing, ad performance analysis Shopify experience (PDP editing, DTC ecommerce flows) AI-powered static ad creation at volume (portfolio required) Data-driven, self-directed, comfortable building from scratch Nice-to-Have: Klaviyo or email marketing experience Meta Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads manager DTC CRO, A/B testing tools (VWO, Optimizely) HTML/CSS, skincare/beauty category experience Working Arrangement 1-month paid trial → full-time, with growth into DTC Growth Lead Fully remote, a sync-first, 4 hours/week CT overlap for syncs We cover all AI tools, Shopify apps, and software — you choose the stack Direct founder access, full autonomy over workflow To Apply 1.
