Programme Overview This placement forms part of the GIP+ programme , providing international exposure to professional kitchen environments within hotels, restaurants, or hospitality organisations. Job Description Provide support within a professional kitchen environment while developing culinary skills and understanding kitchen operations, food preparation, and professional cooking standards. Duties may include Assisting chefs with food preparation tasks Supporting kitchen organisation and food handling procedures Learning food safety and sanitation standards Assisting with ingredient preparation and plating support Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Interest in culinary arts or hospitality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to follow kitchen safety procedures Benefits Hands-on culinary experience Exposure to professional kitchen environments Skills development in food preparation and operations GIP+ programme guidance and support
