Your Qualifications Languages: Native or fluent proficiency in Swedish (C2 level) and a good command of English (B2 level). Communication: Strong active listening and communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Aptitude: Adaptable, empathetic, and able to remain calm and effective under pressure. Flexibility: Willingness to work on a rotating shift pattern, including weekends. Experience: Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
