Senior Finance Manager

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Senior Finance Manager – Operations to join our clients team. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the finance analyst team, ensuring accurate cost accounting and performance reporting Oversee manufacturing labour and overhead cost control, including standard costing and variance analysis Act as a finance business partner to Operations and Technical teams, supporting production planning and cost optimisation Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning for manufacturing labour and overheads Provide financial insights, reports, and decision support to senior management and drive continuous improvement initiatives Key Requirements: Masters degree in Finance/Business or equivalent accountancy qualification Warranted or Chartered Accountant Minimum 8 years experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a Finance Manager role Strong background in manufacturing finance, ideally within FMCG Advanced knowledge of ERP systems, costing, financial modelling, and BI reporting #LI-JP2
