Head of Data Analytics

Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the Data Backbone roadmap aligned with business strategy Partner with stakeholders to prioritize data initiatives that improve client experience and drive growth Build business cases, drive adoption, and ensure value realization of data products Lead Agile squads, ensuring consistent and efficient product delivery Standardize and manage KPIs to support accurate reporting and decision-making Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders (Sales, Marketing, Operations), IT, regional data teams, and transformation teams to enable data-driven outcomes. Preferred Skills: Experience in BI and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, QuickSight, Python) Strong understanding of data modeling and business processes in insurance Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Experience & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience; at least 5 years in a Product Owner or similar role Proven track record in delivering data-driven initiatives Experience with AWS, data lakes, and data warehouses Bachelors degree required; certifications (e.g., Agile, AWS) are a plus
