Executive Assistant to the Chairman

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to the Chairman to provide comprehensive executive-level support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chairman. Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordination of meetings, including adapting efficiently to delays and last-minute changes. Prepare high-quality correspondence, reports, briefing notes, and presentations. Serve as a liaison between the Chairman and key stakeholders, including Ministers, General Managers, foreign delegations, and senior officials. Coordinate and support meetings with high-level local and international delegations. Ensure professional representation of the Chairman's office in all interactions. Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times. Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and protocol requirements where necessary. Requirements: Proven experience supporting senior executives or board-level leadership. Setting up and managing virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Managing digital calendars, scheduling systems, and shared executive calendars. Troubleshooting basic technical issues related to virtual meetings and office systems. High level of professionalism, presentation, and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior government officials and international stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
