Business Analyst

JOB SUMMARY: This role demands a blend of analytical, strategic, and technical capabilities tailored to the rapid innovation and compliance expectations of aerospace and defense KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in business administration, economics, data analytics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably within aerospace, defense, or highly regulated environments. Expertise in financial modeling, operational analysis, process improvement, and data analytics using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives. Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex data to various stakeholders. Understanding of industry-specific regulatory, operational, and supply chain considerations in aerospace and defense. Professional certifications (CBAP, Six Sigma, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, & Microsoft Project) as well as familiarity with ERP/MRP systems are highly regarded. PREFERRED SKILLS: Prior experience working on government contracts, defense programs, or commercial aerospace projects.
