Job Title: Manufacturing Systems Engineer – Catalyst / Pharma Suite Number of Positions: 2 Industry: Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences Manufacturing Role Overview We are seeking two Manufacturing Systems Engineers with strong hands-on experience in Catalyst systems to support production operations in a regulated manufacturing environment. The engineers will act as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), supporting day-to-day operational changes, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day operational support for Catalyst systems within manufacturing operations. Support operational changes, configuration updates, and issue resolution activities. Troubleshoot system, workflow, and integration issues impacting production. Act as an SME, providing technical guidance and advice to Production and Operations teams. Support deviation investigations, change controls, and root-cause analysis related to manufacturing systems. Collaborate with Automation, IT, QA, and Process teams to ensure smooth system operation. Ensure system support activities comply with GMP and site quality requirements. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. 4–8 years of experience supporting manufacturing systems in pharmaceutical or biotech environments. Hands-on working experience with Catalyst systems is strongly preferred. Knowledge of DeltaV and Rockwell PharmaSuite is a strong added advantage. Experience supporting GMP operations, including change management and troubleshooting. Ability to work directly with shop-floor and operations teams.
